J.D. Murphy

J.D. Murphy writes the way he works: build it once, build it right, build it to last. He is the founder of ArcheTekton Press and the author of four books that share one workshop — faith, story, myth, and blue-collar business — each written to be returned to, not skimmed once and forgotten.

He is not a full-time academic or a career marketer. He is an operator — he owns and runs a real home-service company in Hickory, North Carolina, and the business book in this library was written from inside that work, with the actual numbers. The same first-sources discipline runs through the rest: the theology goes back to the nine men who wrote the New Testament, the story theory names the pattern under the myths you already love, and the fiction walks the world of Enoch with its boots on the ground.
